Refund Policy

• Refund requests can be made within 48 hours from payment.
• Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days.
• No refund will be issued once the ticket or service has been used.
• Full refund in case of cancellation from our side.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Management reserves the right to cancel bookings with full refund.

Delivery Policy & Method

• Tickets are delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp.
• No physical shipping is required.
• The electronic ticket reference must be presented at entrance.
